Akadema's Prodigy Design Series gloves are constructed with a combination of Akadema's U.S. Steerhide and Akadema's elite AkademaLyte leather. This hand-crafted combination makes Akadema's Prodigy Series both extremely light and extraordinarily durable. Akadema's Prodigy Series gloves are known for a quick and easy break-in period. In addition, Akadema's Prodigy Series uses the Akadema Grasp Clasp Wrist System, making the glove more manageable and controllable for today's youth baseball player.
Akadema's Rookie Series was developed for younger players (Ages 5-9) who are dedicated and want to play like their favorite professional players. Akadema's Rookie Series gloves are constructed with soft full grain leather and are designed to be comfortable and easily broken-in.
