Shipping Costs & Tax Calculations

Baseball Armory ships UPS to domestic United States locations. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. At this time, we do NOT ship to U. S. Territories, APO/FPO, or international locations. Baseball Armory ships Standard UPS Ground. However, other shipping options for your order are available on request though not all options are available to all destinations.

Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We accept addresses that are considered valid by USPS. Items returned to us because the package could not be delivered to the address you supplied will be processed as a return.

Shipping costs start at $10.49 for standard ground shipping and increase as the weight of the shipment increases. Shipping costs for three (3) day shipping start at $18.49 and increase as the weight of the shipment increases. The costs of two (2) day shipping start at $22.49 and increase as the weight of the shipment increases. A surcharge of $16.95 will be added for all shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Please see the chart below for examples of shipping charges.

* Available by request to most domestic destinations. Please request expedited shipping during checkout. Expedited shipping will not decrease the time required to process your order.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24-48 hours. Orders received after 3 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Thursday (except holidays) will be processed the next day. If the next day is a holiday, orders will be processed the next business day. Orders received after 3 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, on Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed the next business day. We will send you an Order Confirmation when your order has been processed and a Shipping Confirmation when our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery.

For expedited shipping (Two Day and Three Day), orders received by 8 AM Eastern Time Monday (EST) through Thursday (except holidays) may take 1 - 2 days to process. We always strive to process expedited orders the same day, if the order is received prior to 8 AM EST, but due to order volume and other unforeseen circumstances, it may take 2 days to process and ship the order. For all other times, orders with expedited shipping will be processed as described in the previous paragraph.

Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, you may experience a delay between your Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation emails.

Please note: Rates and shipping dates are subject to change at any time. Shipping costs include processing, packaging and shipping your order.

Order Confirmation

Order Confirmations are sent via email once your order is completed in our system. Be aware that some email applications will initially place this confirmation in your junk or spam mail folder. If this occurs, please add our email address to your safe list. If you do not receive am order confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us. Please include your name and order number. We recommend that you review this confirmation notice to ensure the order is complete and correct.

Shipping Confirmation

Shipping Confirmations are sent via email once your order ships. Your tracking information from UPS will be included in this note. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 72 hours of receiving an order confirmation, please contact us. Please include your name and order number. (Click Here!)

Shipping Locations & Times

We ship UPS to domestic United States locations. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. At this time, we do NOT ship to U. S. Territories, APO/FPO, or international locations. We hope to add these destinations in the future.

We ship from Oregon. Standard Ground Shipping may take 3-6 days depending on the destination location. Oversized packages and packages over 20 lbs. may take additional shipping time. Our transportation partners deliver Monday through Friday only.

Please note: Seasonal traffic volumes, specifically during the Christmas holidays, may impact shipping times.

Please note: Certain events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions impacting shipping routes, may also impact shipping times.

Shipping surcharges

All orders to Alaska and Hawaii require additional shipping costs. As a result, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require a surcharge for both standard and expedited shipping. See the table above for the surcharges. This surcharge is listed at checkout and is in addition to regular shipping charges. If your order qualifies for free or discounted shipping, the shipping charge will be deducted from your order at checkout but this surcharge will still apply.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Baseball Armory are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. If there is obvious damage to a shipped package, DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. We do not provide refunds for items damaged during shipping. Items damaged during shipping are covered by insurance. You should immediately contact the carrier (UPS) so as not to void any insurance claim.

UPS automatically covers items up to $100. Baseball Armory purchases additional insurance on your behalf to cover orders over $100.

Sales Tax

As required by United States law,Baseball Armory charges 5% sales tax for items shipped to Virginia.
